Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic Orders: 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: 11–15 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TCG Craze is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
